At Calming Weaves, every loom is specially crafted and made-to-order with care. Because each product is prepared individually for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Important Notes     •    Please review product details carefully before placing your order.     •    In the rare case of receiving a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.     •    As each loom is handcrafted and customized, minor variations in finish, texture, or color are natural and add to the uniqueness of your product.

Delivery Time     •    Standard delivery within India: 5–10 business days after dispatch.     •    International delivery: 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Charges     •    Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking     •    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details.
