At Calming Weaves, every loom is specially crafted and made-to-order with care. Because each product is prepared individually for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

    •    In the rare case of receiving a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
    •    As each loom is handcrafted and customized, minor variations in finish, texture, or color are natural and add to the uniqueness of your product.
